
Be expressive, be authentic, be yourself.
Take some time off to be alone where there is no disruption and close your eyes. Relax your body and notice your breathing. Breath in and feel the air circulating through your body. Do this 2-3 times and notice you being part of this universe.
Now quickly let events that happened today flashed through and pick one that has most impact on you. Just re-live the event as a neutral party. Be aware of what feelings are coming up.
Let the feeling expresses it on the face, body and more. It feels good to be free to express what is internally.
After the mental experience, do the breathing again. After that, stand up and shake your whole body as if to shake off everything (if it is not something you want to keep), or journal down (if it is something worth keeping).
