Passing 50 years old really put a different perspective to one’s life. For me, I am resolved to reach out and empower as many as 10,000 people, to help them to re-design their lives, evoke transformation, leaving a legacy and passing these power of change on to others around them.
However, going into the midlife could be an adventure of obstacles and trials of its own. It could become a crisis when we are experiencing some symptoms like:
Looking back and wondered how would I face-on with midlife if I let the limiting belief of not good enough to continue manifesting in my life? I knew that I need something more in order for better transition into my golden years. According to researches, different genders would experience different sets of challenges and adjustments; but in a nut-shell, we are all facing multiple challenges socially, psychologically, and biologically in our midlife years. Coupled with life changes such as loss either by divorce or death of a partner/ loved ones; children growing up, becoming independent and relying on them less; health problems or terminal illness, midlife individuals may find themselves at a loss. All these create stresses and made up the “crisis” in midlife. The disruptive of the pandemic is definitely making it worst.
It does not need to be in this way. Our vast experienced in life and wisdom we acquired so far -are all wellspring of resources that are natural and creative for your disposal! These resources might be untapped, hidden and unknown to you, but they could definitely spur you toward the glorious golden years. Thus it may be helpful to reflect and explore what is meaningful to you in this season of your life. An opportunity to re-evaluate, re-design your life and focus on what truly matters.
